I bought this product to replace an existing toaster oven. This product operates more like an oven , it does not have any short cut settings, you need to set all three dials to toast or bake. It does not have a timer, just an On switch and a toast setting (light, medium or dark). The oven rack is not connected to the oven door, so you need to have a pot hold to remove your toast.

The toaster oven works well to heat frozen foods and reheat leftovers. I use the toast timer, so that I have an automatic oven shut-off. The convection setting gives a more even heating of the food than a convential toaster oven. With the hot summer approaching, I plan on using the toaster oven a lot more for my baking.

The clean up is easy and the product does look nice on the counter.

I needed a new toaster and decided to get a toaster oven instead of a regular toaster, since I was tired to trying to get bread unstuck from the toaster. This one is great. I have used the toaster feature a lot. Toast comes out fine. And I have used the convection oven a few times. Worked well. Haven't used all of the features.

I had an old cuisinart toaster/convection oven that was given to me which was great. I loved the controls on the old one which was very precise. Also the toaster part was much better than the one I just purchased. You set it on toaster but you better stand there and watch it or otherwise it burns. The old one you set it at 5-6 depending on how dark you want it. When it's done a bell rings. I can't quite figure out the toaster part.
