I am very happy with the purchase of these speakers. I listened to the Bose sound dock and the Boston and hands down the Boston had better sound. At default settings the Boston had better sound than the Bose but one major advantage is that the Boston has controls that you can adjust the bass and treble (Bose does not have this on the sound dock) Throw in that the Boston also plays AM/FM radio and is less money than the Bose ( $70 dollars or so) makes this an easy choich.
