Sleek design. I like the grid for two burners, more functional and easy to clean. The timer and temperature are easy to use. Oven is accurate.

DIGITAL PANEL IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

Just after the limited one-year warranty was up, two of the numbers on the digital control panel quit working. I use extreme care in cleaning this, never spraying anything directly onto it, just wiping it down when it needed it. After the zero button quit working, which by the way is also for the presets, another number button quit working. After 18 months, the entire panel quit working except for the broiler button. At least its gas so I can still use the burners but for how much this range cost to begin with, it sure as heck should have lasted a LOT longer than 18 months. I wouldn't buy this if I knew it wouldn't last.

Initially, I LOVED this range. However, at 13 months, one of the buttons on the digital control panel stopped working. Little by little, they have gotten less responsive. Now, three buttons (1, 2, 7) do not work at all. We have been very careful about not getting liquid anywhere near the controls, just wiping it down. For the price of this range, I believe the control panel should be replaced at the manufacturer's expense.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This range is great. It looks great. It is nice and sleek and modern looking. One of the burners is so hot it can boil water in a few minutes. The oven with the convection feature cooks my backed goods perfectly!

It took a while to get used to as it is a big change from an electric range. Cooking time is most cases is very fast, even too fast, if you don't check the flame often. The sides of the pans are hotter than the bottoms and can burn the contents easily. But we're getting better at all the changes and as a result, gaining confidence.

The stove is very nice. It's top burner controls take a little getting used to. The burners are higher heat than we were used to. The simmer burner works very well. Over all the stove is excellent.

I've only had this stove for 4 days, but so far I love it! Stir-fry on the 16,000 BTU burner is like cooking in a Thai restaurant. The veggies brown & don't get soggy. The simmer burner works perfectly. The oven is large & the convection is fast. The controls seem sturdy and everything seems solid and well built. It's going to look beautiful once I get my new countetops installed. My only regret is that I didn't get this stove 5 years ago!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
