I searched everywhere for a small, white TV with DVD player build in to use in my art studio. ABT had the best price on the web. Everyone who sees it for the first time comments how "cute" it is. I think so, too. At first I thought the picture quality was sub-par, but then I realized that the Auto-Channel-Search had captured HD versions of all my channels and numbered them in the 700's. They look fantastic. The speakers stink and the tv was about $75 more expensive than I think its worth, but I HAD to have white. All in all it's a good tv. I might set up an external speaker, though. Also, you can turn off the annoying red power light that stays on constantly...look in the instrux. I bought the extended warranty. better safe than sorry.

This TV was easy to set up (I hate setting up electronic equipment). I use it in the bedroom for late night viewing and for DVD's. I'm very happy with the size and clarity. As I read in some other reviews, it does take a little time when changing channels, but I'm not in a rush.

It looks great in my kitchen. It replaced my 19 inch. My only problem is that the picture does not fill the screen.

Very nice product, only down side is delay of channel changes (like other comments) and the sound quality is a little echoy. Other than that perfect application for a kitchen.

No reception at first because of distant signal. After connection to a digitally converted rooftop antenna the picture is perfect and we draw many channels from around the area.

This tv fits nicely in my kitchen. I was looking for a compact tv that fit in the space of the TV it was replacing and one that had a DVD player built into the unit. The picture is acceptable, but as others have pointed out, there is a noticeable pause when changing channels. Only real downside to this unit is that there is no HDMI input. I feel like I got what I paid for in terms of this set. No real gripes or complaints.

I wanted a tv for the kitchen that would pick up over the air broadcasts. this unit came the closest to my needs given my space constraints and desire for a combo unit. It performs nicely and delivers a decent picture. The drawbacks of the unit are that you cannot raise the monitor (up or down) like you can some computer monitors. Also, there is a pause between changing channels - as other reviewers have pointed out in their reviews. Overall, I got what I paid for - a HDTV with a DVD player that fits nicely in my kitchen. No real complaints.

This combo unit was easy to set up, and immediately impressed me with its excellent color and contrast. The DVD feature is simple to use. And the top-mounted controls make it a winner with me.

This product does the job, however it has no clock so you cannot use it for an alarm. Overall picture quality is good, sound is good, too long a wait to come on and to change stations. I would not buy again.

This little number was a suprise Valentine's Day present for my wife. I set it up in the kitchen while she was out shopping. She loves IT!!! I have a spliced analog cable feed going to it, and it still looks awesome. Nice work Toshiba, this product is sweeter than Yoo-Hoo!!!!

I use it in the kitchen and the size and depth are perfect for the counter space. Speakers are on the front rather than sides so the sound is great, as well as the picture. DVD player is built in and works perfectly. I would purchase this product again.

I like everything about this TV (sharp picture in particular) but have two small complaints: 1 - it's really very small. Obviously, all purchasers (including me) know this, but it's worth repeating that you should consider whether this size is appropriate for you. 2 - we use it with a somewhat high-end antenna (not cable) and it can take it several seconds to acquire a new channel each time the channel is changed. Analog channels look good and are instant, as you'd expect.

This small TV was purchased as a Christmas present for my Mom. It replaced a small combo TV that she had in her bedroom that would have needed a converter box. This TV's display is actually bigger than her other TV but it takes up less space. The DVD is easy to use and the picture is wonderful. The TV is very user friendly which is what was needed for my Mom.

I bought a 15" polaroid TV from another retailer for $45 less than this Toshiba TV and when I hooked it up I was stunned at how BAD the picture looked. It was a washed out look. I tried adjusting all the controls (color, saturation, brightness) and nothing made it better. I found this Toshiba TV on the Abt site and saw that it had an 800 contrast ratio (instead of the Polaroid which had a 400 contrast ratio), and the Toshiba also had a 1440 x 900 pixel resolution instead of the Polaroid's smaller resolution (I forgot what it was, but it was quite a bit smaller.) I decided to give the Toshiba a try and it is GREAT. The increased contrast ratio made quite a difference and the resolution is excellent It's a great picture. The Polaroid didn't have a DVD player and the Toshiba does. So for the extra $45 the Toshiba is truly a steal.
