The BOV800XL alleviates that issue with an insulated dual-wall door and glass window as well as a convection fan to help draw heat through the system more conveniently. The system also helps one avoid burns when removing food as the main rack auto-ejects, thanks to magnets built into the doors. The spacious interior of the oven will allow you ample space for most of your cooking projects. The interior can hold up to 0.8 cubic feet, enough for a 13-inch pizza or six slices of toast.
