Only issue we have is that it sometimes has an extremely loud vibrating sound. We think we have fixed it.

This microwave is not 16 inches in height in the back. It is 16 13/32 inches in the rear and 16 in front so if you have 16 inches of space on wall with backsplash this will not fit in your space.. buyer beware

I bought this microwave sight unseen because it was the only new model out there with a 16" height and I have a full-height granite backsplash (put in, in 2001 when the standard microwave height was 16" - the standard since has changed to 17")
So I was surprised to find the oven interior a dark red. But that's okay.
I've used the auto-grill and the manual grill features and it grills great for indoor grilled burgers and steaks.
It has a dial knob - no numbers. That's easy to figure out and use. The only annoyance would be for those who want to microwave a doughnut for 7 seconds. The dial only gives increments in 15 seconds. Ex. 15sec, 30, 45, 1:00 min. etc.
I've only had the oven for 3 weeks so I have no complaints yet. It just has those quirky features
I've mentioned above. At this point, no regrets.
And the entire family seems pleased with it.
