So far works well, no issues with the product. It is unfortunate though, that all new counter depth refrigerators are one inch taller that the models of 20 years ago. Therefore we had to rebuild the cabinet on top of the fridge to shorten it one inch.

We purchased the fridge a month ago and everything works well. I like the style of the fridge. That being said, we are always very careful opening the vegetable bins, they are poorly constructed and feel like they will break easily. Also, the lever to stop the ice maker feels like it will break off every time I raise it to pull the ice bin out. The things that we use the most are flimsy and very breakable! I am very disappointed by that and I would not recommend this fridge to a family with kids. I don't know what happens when the bins or the ice lever break, I'm sure we'll find out at some point and be totally irritated.

ABT provides the best service. Our refrigerator compressor broke and could not be fixed. ABT had a new refrigerator delivered and installed within 24 hours of the order. The customer service reps give knowledgeable and practical advice when making an appliance selection. The installation crew was great. They were worried about our wood floor and covered it so it would not get scratched; they adjusted a small piece of trim without damaging the rest of the cabinetry above the refrigerator space. This is the third order we have placed with ABT and we will never go anywhere else. They are always prompt, courteous, thorough and they care about their customers. GREAT JOB!

I am in and out of the fridge all the time so the seperate french doors are great. The freezer is on the small side but hasn't been a problem and the ice tray is great.

A cheap plastic relay went out on this fridge one month after the one-year warranty expired, causing the temperature in the fridge and freezer to rise, which in turn ruined all the food inside. Now our 2-year-old Kitchen Aid oven is malfunctioning.... I wouldn't buy anything from this company.

This refrigerator is a very convenient size and depth for our use. The deli compartment is very generous. My only complaint is that there arent' many internal divisions in the freezer compartment. There isn't a lot of room there, so it forces you to be more efficient.

for a cabinet-depth unit, this model is too short. gave up 1ft of vertical space from previous unit. internal water dispenser is very inconvenient, and $300 for upgrade to outside dispenser is too pricey.

It took a little bit of relearning for this refrigerator, because of the width. Doors will not hold a gallon of milk, but the main part of the refrigerator holds it just fine. There is a lot of room in this refrigerator, once you figure out how to place things. Do I miss a refrigerator that is deeper, of course. But for the smaller family and kitchen, this is a great product.
