BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

The picture is very good. The sound - with ear phones - is very good. Without them- 'not so much'. I haven't used the battery yet. I enjoy using this player but I find on long movies the picture freezes up then starts and stops alot. This doesn't happen on average movies, just DVD's with alot of info. on them. This is annoying and is the only reason I rated it a 4 star.

Pros:	Good Picture, Portable, Durable, Lightweight
Cons:	Skips Easily, Poor Sound

Great DVD Player

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

This DVD player is great. The screen rotation feature is great on an airplane so you can position it on a tray table close to your child (and not have to use headphones). Just don't hit that mode button by accident because it brings you back to the dvd loading process. A couple of times I got an error while loading the dvd, but if you open/close, it seems to get by this for all dvds (so far).

Cons:	Errors on load
Pros:	Long Battery Life, Good Picture, Portable, Good Sound
Best Uses:	Travel, In The Car

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

This has been a Great product for over 5 months now. I have a 2 year old & a DVD player is very useful both at home during meal time [Quiets him down so he will eat better.] & in the Car or Plane for traveling [Especially longer trips.]. The Toshiba has a 360 swivel screen which is flexible for adjusting for between car seats. I have a Honda CRV & it's a perfect fit & can sit on arm rests between seats (No attachments required.). The DVD player is durable & has dropped on a couple of ocassions in the car & no damage or problems occurred. The sound & picture are great & fully adequate. I would definately recommend this player. This is also totally an Honest review where I have no connection with Toshiba or any affiliated service or agency.

This is a good portable DVD. Long battery life with good audio quality. One con is: it can not zoom to full screen for some 16:9 DVD

This was used in the car on a trip out west. Picture is good and sound is ok, I don't think any other dvd would be any better.

Took these on our trip out west. Very good product. As with all portable dvd players the sound is sometimes hard to hear if there is any other noise. Battery lasted about 3- hours.
