This is a beautiful, big grill with plenty of surface for grilling a grand turkey to simply searing a fish filet. It all depends on the amount of charcoal you use. The grid is easy to clean, and the ash removal system could not be faster. The lid is heavy, and heed the advice to slide it off at an angle or the vacuum could remove much of the built up heat. Because the lid's so heavy, there's not the usual Weber hook to hang it on the side of the grill, so have a large non-burnable surface ready to receive the heated lid when opening it to turn or remove food.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
