I watch a lot of movies and some sports events. I have absolutely no complaints about this TV. I spent months researching available formats, sizes and brands and can say without a doubt, this product gives the highest quality, most features and versatility of any TV in its class. The IT capabilities are fantastic, the precision of its settings are acute and has none of the shortcomings I've heard complaints about the Samsung brand. For someone looking to spend around $1500 for a quality, feature-packed TV, you will be astounded by what you see.

Cable remote doesn't control sound level to well,but thats a minor thing.

This is the primary home tv for me, Dish Network HD looks crisp and clear, PS3 games are bright and vivid without motion blur, Blu-ray movies look better than they did in Cinemark's DLP movie theatres the first time I saw them. I typically watch most sources in medium power savings mode and a tweaked standard picture to take advantage of some the available power savings abilities of this tv. This setup works great in darker rooms. I have found that black was almost too deep and needed a bump in brightness or contrast to gather detail on dark films. No grey blacks here. My lone small complaint may be it's use with the included stand. I get a ever so slight lean to the left with it. Screws mounted in the back or not. Most people can't even tell without a tape measure, almost 1/4" diffence from the lower corners to the table. Viewing distance is ~13feet so no biggie. I could always shim it. A great buy from ABT.
