This was my 3rd LG purchase and I aboslutely love this cooktop. Everything about it is wonderful. We had to put in heavier wiring to accommodate it, but my husband could do that and it was totally worth it.

I absolutely love this cooktop. I am far from a gourmet chef, but I do appreciate sleek/functional products. I have had this product for almost a year now. Zero problems with it... love the way it looks... and it seems to heat things great! If you are looking for something that looks very sleek and cooks things well than look no further!

Great product! I installed the LCE3081ST cooktop on 5/24/2011 and it has worked perfectly. The SmoothTouch controls are convenient and are a definite improvement over the dial control knobs on my previous cooktop. The heating elements work fine.

This cooktop, once I received it, was easy to install. It works well and does everything a cooktop should do. The touch controls, while taking a few tries to get used to, are one of the best things about this product. There are no knobs to clean around. The other big benefit is the fifth burner, an unusual feature on a 30 inch cooktop. While the extra burner is really a warming unit, it's quite handy.

My wife wanted something more modern looking with the new counter tops, but foremost, wanted something easier to clean and keep clean. The top has no knobs to remove in order to clean, and the unit is a flat easy to wipe off surface. Just be sure to follow the manufactures directions on the type of cleaner to use. Oh, by the way, it works great and the warming spot is a valuable addition for plate warming. Wife loves it!

Service and delivery comments:

Unit was backordered, but came just in time for counter top installation. We were worried about shipping because it is glass, but the packaging was ample to prevent breakage. The original box was placed in a larger box cushioned by packing material. It arrived flawless.

This is a good cooktop from LG. Installation was easy since this was a replacement of an old elxectric cooktop. Instructions are very user friendly. Have been using this for 4 months and is easy for all kinds of cooking - American, Indian, Italian, Chinese etc. Price was also the best for the features it offers. Overall am a satisfied happy customer for this cooktop.
