Bright, clear picture with excellent color out of the box.HD channels are awesome, DVD's very good. I don't have Blue Ray yet.Easy nav. menu. My cons; manual on a cd, frame too glossy and reflective, but neither should keep you from buying this great set.

Best Uses:	Home Theater

Picture quality is the best I've seen, and I shopped around a bit. The colors are vivid, the contrast is deep. Fast-action scenes, like baseball and Nascar, are perfect. It's like sitting at the venue. LG knocked one out of the park with this TV. I replaced a Sony 57" rear projection with the LG. No comparison.
