My cousin has the Margaritaville Key West (purchased about 3 years ago) and it seems to work a little better than this one. We actually had this machine replaced once because the pitcher didn't line up properly with the ice dispenser, and the lid wouldn't stay on. It made quite a mess. We haven't used the replacement machine yet. In general though, I do enjoy using the Margaritaville - and it's good entertainment for guests who have never seen one in use before!

Service and delivery comments:

Abt consistently provides excellent service! As mentioned in the product review I needed to replace the original machine due to manufacturer's defects. The manufacturer was uncooperative, but Abt immediately sent out a free return label and then a prompt product replacement at no charge. Their telephone customer service has always been great. I highly recommend this retailer.

Great product for it's specialized application. Makes great frozen drinks with it's shaved ice and blended drink combination. Highly recommended for Margaritas and similar drinks. Only downsides are that it is large and takes up a lot of space so you likely won't want to keep it out and clean up is a bit tedious but not a barrier to use...

ABT has great service and delivered the product faster than expected at a price better than Amazon.
