Admittedly this is not the cheapest grill on the market, but trust me that you will get what you pay for with this grill. Previous grills that I have owned were hard to clean and had uneven heat and "hot-spots". With this grill you do not have to worry about either of those and with a 10 YEAR warranty on the burner you know that you will not be paying for expensive repairs in a couple of years.

I stepped-up, paid the premium, and got exactly what I wanted. NOT the "Espresso" E-310 from [...]...NOT the green E-320 from [...].... I wanted a RED EP-320. The "P" means that the grill has stainless steel grates and Flavorizor Bars, while the "Non-P" has porcelain-coated cast iron.I took 3 hours for assembly, but that included several cups of coffee, a few ciggs, and using Blue Loc-Tite on all of the screws & bolts. If you're not slightly Obsessive-Compulsive (like me), you can do it in 2 hours, give or take. One thing that sets the Webers apart from everything else is that once it's assembled, check how sturdy the shelves are. You can literally have one full-grown man sit on each shelf, and have a 3rd push them around! You can barely touch the shelves on every other grill!Customer service from Weber is nothing less than EXCELLENT! I sent an email to them after I was done, because there was a minor casting defect in one piece. I attached pictures, and I had a reply within an hour, along with an order # for a complete new lid!I cooked some nice Ribeyes on the grill, along with a Tuna Steak not long after I got done, and as I expected....PERFECT! NO Flare-Ups!Weber has won a customer for life!

This grill was almost three time more costly than any grill I have ever purchased and worth every penny. Only one downer, it is harder to assemble than most. Mine had a defective part and Weber sent a replacement in two days. It generates amazing heat levels for searing but can be set to do very slow indirect cooking. I opted for the EP-320. With the EP as opposed to the E,you get stainless steal flavorizer bars and grate for [$] more, worth the upgrade. Lastly, it is the easiest I have ever owned to clean up. The entire base of the cook box is s.steel and is removable. I'll never look at another brand.

This grill took my husband around 2 hours to put together but he said it was fairly easy to set up. We grill almost every evening and this grill works great so far and its convenient to have the side burner. The copper color has a classy, retro look and it looks great in combination with the stainless steel. The grill is very well designed and feels stable and substantial. We were apprehensive about the burners being on the shelf, but we have an eight month baby and it will be safer when she starts walking around. Very happy with it.

This is my third Weber grill. The first was a traditional Weber Kettle - Charcoal - used it till the legs fell off, lost track of how many years I had it. My second Weber was gas, and have kept it going for 20 years (easy to get any part I needed) - Well that one has been passed on to my oldest son - it was the smallest one Weber made. Now I stepped up to the Genesis with all stainless insides and side burner. I have used it everyday since I got it. I had no problem putting it together, but if you are not handy - have ABT put it together for you. (I saw three on the truck already assembled, and was a bit jealous because I had to wait to put mine together.) Weber knows how to build a grill and make any grill master happy. Plenty of space and great controls to cook anything you can think of.
