I have it in the basement, so the noise does not matter, but this is very noisy. BUT-It is SO BIG that I get laundry done in half the time. To me that is well worth a little noise. It gets the clothes clean and wrings them so dry that the drying time is also cut in half. It does quilts too, so no more going to the laundry mat twice a year for the big bulky items. I recommend this highly. I love it!!!

I think this product cleans clothes great! I have done samll loads and large loads in this washer! Comes out good everytime. Delicate work clothes and sheets. The only thing was that when the washer is in the washing cycle, it's a little noisy. But our house is under construction. Once we get the installation and walls put up, I am sure we won't be able to hear it.

This machine worked for all of two weeks. Then it filled and wouldn't work. I redid it. It half filled and started making thumping noises. The only place it would work was on the quick cycle--luckily I could get the water out of my wash so I could dry it. Then I called and had it replaced with a Maytag.

I found that my clothes did not get as clean as my old washer. My king size bedsheets always came out twisted & very wrinkled. How can clothes come clean with that little water?- and not much of a mechanism to move the clothes thru the water? Sometimes the water didn't even cover the clothes and I never filled the tub to where it said was the max height of the clothes.

Does not clean well no matter what settings I use!!! Have to do dirty loads twice!!! Tried to launder winter coat and had to add towels to load in order to get the coat into the water!!!!

I wash two loads a day plus blankets, rugs. Our family of five kids, three dogs, 1 grandmother, and hubby and me makes a full house and lots of laundry. I couldn't be happier with this washer. perfect everytime, lots of options, and very quiet.
