I bought this for a rental condo, when the 18 year old Whirlpool finally died. The renters are very pleased with it. It cleans well with no/little rinse and is easy to use, has sufficient choice of settings.

This washer is a little louder than the dishwasher I am used to, but the other was a top end model where this is not. I do like the easy controls and the performance. This machine cleans great.

This was a replacement for a 10-year-old top of the line model of another brand which had been repaired over the last two years due to lack of cleaning and residue. This GE model cleans better than my old one, has quicker cycles and the price was right.My husband was able to install it easily. The only downside is it does make noise. It doesn't bother me.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt, dishwasher came in good condition. The only negative was that I paid extra to have the old one taken away and they didn't tell me it had to be taken out and disconnected prior to their arrival. (I probably should have known that) They said they would refund the money but I haven't seen it appear on my statement yet and that was a month ago.

Will not hold tall glasses, does not clean plates even when loaded correctly, does not clean silverwear. Very loud, do not run at night while you are trying to sleep!

This was purchasedfor a rental and our people are THRILLED with the product. I was equally has thrilled since the price was so low and it was such a great value. It was more ecconomical to purchase from ABT, pay the shipping then purchase locally.

We purchased this as a replacement for a six-year old dishwasher that was leaving spots and not cleaning thoroughly. Although the one we had included more options and fancier controls, we are pleased with the performance of this basic dishwasher in the office. We don't wash pots and pans, just dishes and drinking glasses and it does a thorough job.

A hose shooting my dishes would clean better that this dishwasher, it doesn't clean at all! Most regretable purchase ever.
