I have had this system for 7 months and hate it, the battery life is poor. I can't seem to have fun on any of the games, no matter how many I buy I usually return all of them. The graphics are all poor, except for a couple games. The system is old and outdated. And who wants to spend 10 more minutes figuring out their wpa code for their wifi to work. Also you can't just buy it and play online. You have to buy a Wifi Max, and download this Team Wifi thing. The system is overall a bad creation. Did I mention that all the good games on the Playstation 3, or 2 didn't get ported. I would go over to nintendo and buy a 3ds, or ds.

I like psp, it's perfect with lots of games. But after my psp1000's wifi break, I decided to buy a new 3000. I've heard that 3k is light. When I got it, I feel, ohhhhh! Too light!!!! I even doubt: does the CPU or other stuff is still made of plastic? I can only treat 3k like my baby since I took my 1k like a self-defense weapon.

good at everything except for the internet which sucks because its very slow and you cant see videos like on youtube and other similar websites

I own the original 1000 model and it sill works GREAT! I brought it to my Doctors office once and he almost wouldn't give it back to me. He bought three for his children to take with on long road trips mostly, but ended up just for fun! I use it for GPS functions listening to music or watching videos. I bought the 3000 model for my Son so I could keep my old one for myself.

i just bought a sony psp 3000 a few days ago. and it cant get better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! music quality is great, internet browsing is alright but much better than nothing.
the graphics are amazing
i love this thing, and really look forward to it

I have the origional PSP system, I bought it like 4 or 5 years ago. This system has served me terrifically since I first bought it. I mainly use it for music since I'm not a big gamer, but I am very satisfied with the graphics and selection of the games available. The WIFI is sorta slow and it doesn't have much internal memory, but for being the very first generation, Sony developed a very well built machine. I cannot tell you how many times I've dropped this thing and it refuses to quit (even went through the dryer once). The battery lasts for a good while, and it hasn't really lost charge capability over the time that I've owned it. You can't multitask like you can with PS3, but again, for being 1st generation, it's an amazing machine. However, due to age and use my charger jack it beginning to get a bit funny (sometimes you have to wiggle it to get it to start charging), so I am thinking about getting a new system (or I know someone that could fix mine), I don't think I'd go with the PSPgo, I know some people that have it, I've used it, I don't like it like I do mine (maybe that's just because I'm so used to mine), maybe I'll buy the PSP3000...

back in the day i had a fat 1001 model, it got stolen. the christmas after i got a new 3000 model, it was stolen. now im on my third one, so far it hasn't been stolen. these things are great media players and a fantastic game system, but no matter what you think, do NOT take it to school. because you may think "oh its safe in my locker" or "nobodys gonna go through my book bag" but some how people manage to steal them, moral of the story DON'T TAKE IT TO SCHOOL!!!! ive gotten off topic a little so lets get on with the review, these things are so good every time one got stolen i went right back out and got a new one, thats how great they are. so if you haven't already bought one or haven't played one (which im sure %99 of people have) get one, they're fantastic

is a music player, play station, internet explorer and picture viewer. is awesome,but now I dont use it I only use when I'm traveling,is quite big, I can not put in the pockets and the battery lasts very little, but is very fun specially in the travels or in the school , i recommend it... but the PSP GO is the better
