The grill is large and easy to assemble and use. The side shelves are metal and sturdy which is nice. Not the usual plastic side shelving. Assembly was easy.

Service and delivery comments:

I assembled the grill and hooked it up and originally could not get it to heat above 250 degrees. I called abt and they simple fixed the problem. They said they would repair or replace it and that is exactly what they did. They came out and noticed that the gas connector from the house had an additional extension on it causing the low pressure. They fixed the gas line (had nothing to do with the grill and really wasn't abt's problem at all) and the grill was ready to go. Great service, will order from them again.

Delivery was on time. The guys were very polite and the grill arrived in perfect condition. I did pay extra for assembly and the only complaint I had was there was no manual. I downloaded one from the website.

so far I really like it, and I bought it without seeing it. I relied on the reputation of the MFR, which is now Weber, the price, and the good reviews I read. It feels solid, heats up nicely. the real question is whether it will withstand the test of time. for some reason grill burners seem to have a 4 year life expectancy. I am hoping this grill lasts longer!!

I wish this was made in the USA, but you would pay a third more if it was. Fit and finish is excellent. Assembles easy. The only problem I have had is cleaning the grill. But, what grill is easy to clean? It is difficult to get to the drip pan.

Packaged very well. I saved all of the corrugated to use for painting projects.

Natural gas is the way to go. No more nasty LP tanks to lug around.

Grills steaks, chicken, burgers, ribs and fish superbley.

Was looking for a new grill to replace my two burner grill and ABT had this three burner grill with no side burner and that is what I was looking for...I never really use the side burner when grilling and it seemed like all of the three burners had this. I came across this Ducane and it was a great price for what I was looking for.

This is the least expensive natural gas grill I could find, and it has Webber quality. My previous Webber is 10 years old and still going strong, so I have high hopes for this one.

It took about 1 hour to assemble. It was pretty straight forward as long as you have patience. The key is that you are only assembling the table that the grill rests on, but the actual gas components are already assembled.

The brass fitting didn't work, so I had to get one that would, but that wasn't a big deal. The grill is very good looking and has plenty of capacity for parties under 15 people. It is very easy to use and well made.

I have an extremely large grill which was great for large gatherings of people but I didn't need it just for my family. I purchased the Ducane grill using natural gas from a line I ran outside. I cooks food evenly and quickly and I use it for meat, fish, chicken and veggies. Grilled peppers and corn are fantastic.

Great quality for the price. My only qualm was that I had a couple of screws that weren't well-represented in the manual so it required a little bit of guess work.
