The washing machine is easy to use, stylish, and a perfect choice. It is so easy to use that my 3 year old knows how to start a cycle with my help in adding detergent. The cycle options are amazing. The wash cycle is so quiet that even though the laundry room is next to our master bedroom we do not hear a thing except for the bells chiming when the cycle is done. I would recommend this brand overall and am glad I chose LG.

We've had this washer for over 5 years and never experienced any problems. It still washes like it is new. We wash a week's worth of my husband's work clothes and jeans and it spins evenly and rinses completely and I dont have to worry about doing a white load right after! Love it and definitely recommend!

this is my first high efficiency washer and it's been great. i had an lg washer when i lived overseas and it worked like a champ, and i'm expecting this one to perform just as well. it's easy to use, my clothes are clean, and i'm hoping for many years of service out of it.

I specially like the direct drive feature. It is so quiet and does not wabble like the old washer. It does not tear off the clothes and it removes all spots and stains. I love it!

This Washer is the most user friendly washer I have ever owned. With a household of 3 women and a dog(also female), this LG product became an instant hit. Easy transition from our past noisy top loaders. You can load this washer to the max and still achieve excellent results. A true power and water miser. The Direct Drive Technology on this baby keeps our main floor Laundry room as silent as our bedrooms. This is a keeper!

Sleek, stylish and amazingly functional. It's complicated in it's functionality but simple enough for anyone to use. It operates quietly and efficiently. Despite the fact that it's hard to tell that the clothes are being washed, they are perfectly cleaned at the end of the cycle. A great purchase that has made me a life long LG fan.

I have had this washer for about 6 months, and don't know how I ever lived without it! I now spend far less time (and, of course, money) on laundry, and my clothes come out beautiful. I have NO lint on the clothes when they come out, which is what prompted me to get a new washer in the first place. If it's possible to love doing laundry, I LOVE doing laundry! BTW, you can turn off that annoying little chime, even though I think it's quite cute!

We've had this machine now for about 6 months. It runs well, washes well, has lots of different cycles - a great washer. Minor points - the chime to end a cycle is a bit annoying - a little 'happy' tune that's a bit much. Also, at the beginning of a spin cycle, it tends to bump a bit (sound only) before it fully balances and then spins at 18000 mph! Would highly recommend this machine - especially the capacity!!!

The large drum size has decreased the work of laundry which is a real plus for an active family of four. This is my first LG washer and it was recommended to me by an appliance repairman. I had been extremely disappointed in my last other brand washer and he told me the LG would definately outlast my old washer brand. The performance so far has been outstanding. The clothes are coming out cleaner than they have been in months from my previous machine. It does take longer to wash a load of clothes, but it is definately worth it because they are so clean. The clothes come out almost dry and my older dryer has no problem keeping up. The clothes dry really fast in the dryer which saves on gas and electric too. I can't believe how much time this washer has saved me in the laundry room. I also love the nice tones the washer plays instead of a loud buzzer. It has made laundry more pleasant for me. Thanks!
