Best style and model out there

Comments about KitchenAid Pasta Drying Rack:
I have a couple other pasta drying racks. All hang the pasta next to each other. Sometimes the pasta sticks to the pasta on other racks. This design is far superior. It keeps the pasta away from other pasta that is drying. It also comes with a special wand so you dont bump the other pasta by accident.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Avid Cook
I am very pleased with this drying rack. It is a beautiful design - it opens and closes like syncronized swimmers - and makes homemade pasts much easier.

About Me Gourmet Chef
Another well made Kitchenaid product that performs flawlessly. Very stable, easy to use, & attractive. Seperates & holds quite a bit of product (up to 4 lbs. of pasta). A must for drying homemade pastas or sausages.

About Me Casual Cook
It works very well for drying pasta. It takes a small amount of counter space and has room to dry a whole batch of pasta.
Best pasta dryer ever!
I had trouble with pasta sticking when drying until I purchased this product. I could not believe the difference it made. I highly recommend this as it is easy to use and well constructed.
Works as advertised!

Love the pasta drying rack, it is perfect for 1 to 2 lbs of homemade linguine or spaghetti. If you cut your pasta shorter, you can fit more by using the lower tines. I also like to space out my strands, so you might get more on the rack than I did.It does take up some space on the counter when open and you have to let the pasta dry for at least an hour+, so be prepared for that if you don't have a lot of counter space. One last note, you may want to sprinkle a little flour on the tines before you open it. My pasta was a little damp, and a couple stuck/broke. I floured the tines for the second batch and had no issues. Easy to clean up and store.
