I wondered how well a front loader would clean jeans with caked on, dried dirt. I garden and my son landscapes and we get DIRTY. This washer CLEANS 6 pairs of really dirty jeans perfectly. It is amazing! In general, the spin cycle is so good it has cut my drying time in at least half -- instead of 70 minutes for that load of jeans, it takes only 35. Yes, the wash cycle takes longer but I make up for it with dramatically decreased dry time.

Love this machine. The selections of cycles is unbelievable. Clothes come out clean and it doesn't take much detergent.

Had this for over a year, no problems. Spin cycle can sometims vibrate, but not a big deal.

I was worried when I read reviews about smells and not getting clothes clean. I have two kids and it's hard enough keeping up with the laundry without having to redo any of it. It holds so much laundry and everything I've washed comes out clean. I thought the cost of HE detergent might be a problem as well, but you use so little the big jugs last for months! No smell at all so far for me (I've had it about a year), but I do at least one load of laundry a day. When not in use I do leave the door open as per the user guide. I've washed mud, grease, food it all comes out clean. Love it does not use so much water and spins so dry. Washing cycles seem longer, but clothes dry faster so did not add to my laundry time. Also love it does not use so much water, I don't feel bad if I only do half a load since the water level is so minimal. Love the delayed wash as well, can set it before bed and it is done and ready to go in the dryer in the morning with out sitting wet and getting musty.

my husband and I raise poodles. We had a litter a few weeks after getting this washer and it was a blessing. As with any baby you wash bedding everyday and with a litter of 8 it is a must! this washer was wonderful! Washes comforters, pillows, bedding, jeans just like the big comercial washers without going to the laundery mat. It saves water by weighing the load when it starts, and in this Texas drought that is amazing to have this water saving feature. And since it spins longer that means less water so drying time is shorter. Simply put--IT IS GREAT

The machine worked well in the six months however the design of the detergent tray needs to be reviewed. Our experience is that foreign objects can easily slip under the tray and into the washer. Access to get service for preventative maintenances is hard to come by.

I have had this washer for 2 months so far and I am very happy. It is quiet, cleans well, uses very little water and spins the clothes out great. I run my dryer half the time I used to run it. I had a very old top loader before this and I miss being able to throw something else in after the cycle has started and I miss soaking things in the basin but other than that the switch to the front loader has been great. I was looking for something that was good quality but did not cost a fortune and this was it. I recommend this one highly.
