We really love this coffee pot, especially the ease of filling the water tank without having to pull the whole machine out. The carafe keeps the coofee hot for a long time. It's the best coffe maker we've ever owned.

Not Worth It!

BOTTOM LINE No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The coffee does not come out hot. A DeLonghi customer service representative actually suggested I pre-heat the thermal element before brewing the coffee. Tell me, who needs that?

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Our purpose is occasional use for gatherings. It has worked well. Coffee stays hot. Convenient preparation. Thermos opening makes it more difficult to clean. Don't know how durable the swing arm would be with frequent use. Perhaps perfectly fine.

Thermal Carafe is a little heavy when filled. But other than that - Best 10 cup coffee pot I have used. ABC had the best price- as usual.

Delongi makes good small appliences, we have a stove and expreso maker from Delongi and they do what they say they will do. The "aroma"settinng does seeem to improve the smell and taste od the coffee. My wife loves this coffee maker.

Glad I Got it, Not Perfect

The coffee maker's plusses outweight the negatives. The only negative is that the coffee doesn't stay hot. But because the under counter design is so good, and every other feature is great, I will figure a way around this.

Great coffee maker

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I love the frontal access. The coffee is great. The unit is easy to operate & cleans easily as well. I didn't quite realize the thermal pot would mean no heating element. Which is fine, the thermal pot keeps the coffee hot with none of the after-taste of coffee sitting on the heating element; but if one user does not tighten the top the coffee get cold.

Pretty darn good pot, so far so good, easy to use well thoughtout design. A little bit cheaply made but what isn't these days, i can find no complaints so far with this machine
