I bought this dryer with the matching washer 3 years ago. I loved it up until today. Suddenly, the dryer no longer blows hot air and it is 3 days before Thanksgiving. I am not sure if it is the thermostat or a fuse, but whatever it is will certainly use up the money I thought I saved by purchasing an LG instead of some of the traditional more reliable brands.

Bought this dryer because old one died. Dryer seems to do great job, did replace top load washer with a new LG front load washer which spins a lot more water out. But works great no complaints at all.

This is our first time owning and LG appliance. We replaced both washer and dryer and it's been a great upgrade. Much faster cycles, especially drying which is due to both the great washer spin and the dryer. We just had the heat go out within 8 months of purchase though, so I bumped the Quality mark. Under warranty and I purchased extended, too, so we're covered. Odd to have this kind of problem so early on.

We purchased this dryer after ours went out after 20 years and have been very happy with it ever since. It had its learning curve, as every new appliance does, but it's wonderful. It has different settings and dries quickly and with less wrinkles! Don't forget the pedestal! No more bending over!!!

Dries well, less lint tells me that there's less wear and tear on the clothes, likely due to shorter cycles enabled by the moister sensor. It is fairly quiet, but rattles a little more that I think it should.

This DLG1320W dryer was purchased with the matching washer WM2010C. I was only going to purchase a washer but when I was able to get the washer and dryer for only a little more than a washer would have cost and it was the brand and feature we were looking for, it was a no brainer. This dryer is easy to use and efficient. It is a nice bonus that both pieces are very stylish and look great. We had a cement pad and did not need the pedestals. The dryer is quiet, efficient and I like the fact that I can choose the time or the let the dryer sense the moisture. So the clothes come out dry, fluffy and not over done like in the past.

I surfed and reviewed many various brands of washer/dryers before buying the LG DLG1320W. I do not regret my choice at all. I have owned it 1 month at this writing. It is a great washer and would buy one again. One thing I will point out...be sure you have it level which likely goes for almost all front-load washers due to the different axis of spin direction compared to top-load units. Also, it is nice to have the pleasant chime when the load is complete, however, it would be nice if it were louder to hear it from the next floor above. Summary: if this washer continues to work as it has the first month, I will be very happy.

This dryer drys really quickly, which is what I like. I guess this also has a lot to do with the washer ringing the clothes out very well too (washer WM2010CW). My clothes feel nice and fluffy when I get them out. I usually don't have to put any clothes back in to dry unless I use delicate cycle and some clothes are too heavy for that cycle. My only con is that the dryer makes too much noise when you have clothes with zippers, buttons, etc. I understand that these are noise makers, but expected the dryer to reduce the noise more. It just sounds like metal hitting metal the whole time. This is my first dryer, so maybe I am naive, but I don't remember my parents dryer being that noisy.
