I use the microwave for thawing and warming food, not cooking. It has a large capacity. It thaws wonderfully. I haven't read the manual yet, but have been able to figure out everything I have needed it to do.

My microwave arrived with a couple of flaws. It was dented in on one side, and also looks like a plastic piece on the oven door was repaired, but since it's a built-in, no one sees the dent and it seems to work really well.

This is a much better microwave than the GE that we previously had. It does everything well.

The only shortcoming that we have experienced so far is the lack of pre-programmed foods for defrosting. You can however get around this by lowering the power level prior to defrosting unlisted foods, which is fairly simple to do.
