I thought this would work for dusting a fireplace that has lots of crevises, but it just kind of pushes the dust around. I did find out that it works great on my sofa-there is a little lint brush that stirs up the pet hair, then away it goes. That surprised me and so far it is wonderful for cleaning that. I also thought the bristles would be soft, but they are kind of stiff and not very many of them. It would be better if the brush was a bit smaller to fit in tight places-it is a bit awkward.
I'd buy it again, but not for the job I wanted it.
