I wanted a skillet to stir fry in, and this one does a great job, and it's easy to clean. I have used it for just about everything you can fry in a pan, and it performs great.

Last my husband, the real cook in the family, cooked sliced onions and mushrooms for his special blue cheese hamburgers. Worked cool! He's impressed! I cleaned up . . . easy.

This is the first stainless steal fry pan I have bought in years and I am so happy I did. I have cooked steak and chicken in the pan and finished them in a preheated oven with excellent results. I'm not sure that would be possible with the non-stick pans I own, but I wouldn't want to chance it anyway, Clean up was a breeze using Scotchgard pad. I used Barkeeper's Friend on one occasion and the pan still looks new. [...]
