READ the hints about stainless cookware

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Google search...stainless cookware cleaning and usage, especially if you will use it on a glass top range. My first trial was a batch of roux. Turned out great...many scratches on the inside. Should have used wood or plastic. Next was a big fat t-bone. Cooked great. SOAK TO CLEAN, no problem. Then I done shrimp/crawfish etouffee. DO NOT forget to use olive oil PAM spray, it really helps. Soak and wash in HOT water. I don't put mine in a dishwasher either. Also fries eggs just like the Waffle House omelet pans.

I love this pan. It is amazing. It heats up quickly. The temperature stays constant. I was so surprised that the handle stays cool. The product is definitely worth the price.

I wanted a skillet to stir fry in, and this one does a great job, and it's easy to clean. I have used it for just about everything you can fry in a pan, and it performs great.

Great Fry Pan/ Great Buying Experience

This is the first stainless steal fry pan I have bought in years and I am so happy I did. I have cooked steak and chicken in the pan and finished them in a preheated oven with excellent results. I'm not sure that would be possible with the non-stick pans I own, but I wouldn't want to chance it anyway, Clean up was a breeze using Scotchgard pad. I used Barkeeper's Friend on one occasion and the pan still looks new. [...]
