Introducing Fisher & Paykel's new IZONA CookSurface, a world first combining the superior performance of gas cooking with the convenience of an easy-clean ceramic cooktop. Currently available in Natural Gas only.
Features:
- Removable burner heads and pan supports: Pot support pins and burner heads are removable for easy cleaning in those traditionally hard to reach places
- Patented AeroBurner: The patented fan burner and airflow technology provides improved performance, efficiency and heat-up times over conventional burners with the same power output.
- Intuitive dial control with electronic display: CookSurface is equipped with electronic flame control and accompanying LED display, allowing observation of precise and even incremental adjustments at each turn of the control knob.
- 3 in a row configuration: This three in a row configuration enables a streamlined, narrow design with superior ergonomics and improved safety. Hazards and injuries caused by reaching over front row burners have now been eliminated.
- Strong and stable pan support: The support pins and burner head are raised for cooking to provide a strong and stable pot support. Once units are at full extension, the lifting plates lock into place to support the heaviest of cooking loads.
- Quiet glow ignition: CookSurface is fast, safe and quiet. CookSurface uses glow ignition by hot surface igniters to offer fast heat without the clicking and sparking of traditional gas cooktops
