i'm the handy woman in my house. i love putting things together and seeing my efforts in the end results. to my surprise the instructions were clear and the assembly of power cord and leveling was simple. i got the stove and was a little intimidated. never having an electric range, i am a 30 year avid baker and 3 meals a day user of gas ranges. i only had bad experiences & low expectations with electric ranges. i love this range. no smells of burning/smoking coils. fast stove top cooking and no burnt baked goods. no more baking straps for even baking and rising. needless to say it is gorgeous & absolutely worth every penny!!!
