Pros:	Easy to install
Cons:	Expensive

The rack is exactly what I had hoped it would be. It easily glides back and forth with a heavy roasting pan on top. If I could afford it, I would replace all three racks with a telescopic rack. In addition, it is very easy to install - no tools!
