Mind blowing sound.....!!!!

Comments about Pioneer Elite THX Ultra2 PLUS Black 7-Channel AV Receiver:
By far the best sounding receiver I've heard. Coming from Denon line (owned avr 4306, 4308ci in past), but this baby blows them both out of water. Believe me, the sound is so clear and pristine with lots of power. Am running 6ohms speakers throughout and two subs (using a y-cable splitter). Get to hear things i never thought existed. Very quiet operation and does not generate heat at all...Onkyo anyone!! Anyhow, the power it delivers never looses steam and it has tons of tweaking if you plan to get into the pro setup. So far no problem at all, no HDMI handshaking issues and everything works as advertised. Do yourself a favor and try this gem at least for once, i bet you wont go back to those class A, or B or AB amps ever again. These ICE class D amps are the real champs.... and I'm very very pleased with my money spent on it. The sampling rate converter works magic and everything sounds just perfect. The built quality is also superb. Also it is the first true green receiver since it is over 90% efficient compared to other receivers and the power ratings are bang on (140 watts/channel). Do youself a favor and just pull the trigger on this beast, its a great product and will last a lifetime. The set up was a breeze and the MCACC works good, also it does not touch the HDMI signal which is good since I want all the up conversion done in my players or source, no big deal. Its the sound that matters to me and this baby does that thing like a champ. Overall I'm very happy that i picked this and nothing else. Thanks ABT and Pioneer.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
