My mother and I picked this fridge out because the old one I had clonked out :/ I was just greatful to have a fridge and a new one at that, but I ended up getting not just a fridge. This fridge is amazing! I love the fact the the freezer is at the bottom and the fridge is at the top. There is more than enough space in the fridge and everything is adjustable. The freezer is very manageable to store things and it leaves me with the ability to by extra items to store and freeze with out worrying about lack of space and organization. Also its very energy efficient and quiet so I am not having to worry about a high electric bill when it comes to my fridge. This is an excellent brand and fridge and I would definatly refer it to family and friends.

I bought my refrigerator in August of 2009. In Oct. 2011 it stopped working and cost $250.00 to repair. Then in Dec. 2011, it stopped working again, had a repair man out again ($133.00) and the computer board is shot and needs to be replaced ($500.00). Not to mention the foods I have had to throw out, again! 2 years and it's costing me the price of the refrigerator? Really? I find this completely unacceptable and am beyond angry and disappointed. i would not recommend this refrigerator to my least favorite person.

I bought this dryer about a month ago and love it. It easy to operate and is packed with features. It dries clothes in a fraction of time that our old dryer did.
Great results. OK product design.
I've been pleased with this dryer that is in my weekend home. So far, with limited usage, it's done a nice job delicately drying items without overheating and damaging fabrics, and it seems there's less need to steam or iron. I bought this for a utilitarian laundry room out of eyesight from the house. My only compliant with this product is the product design could be cleaner. I don't know that I purchase this if it was an item I would see everyday. It's not wildly offensive; however, it's not as elegant as I would like.
Overall, the dryer is very good. It is a big improvement to my old top-load dryer. It is also nice to use and nice to look at. I have only two complaints: 1) if the load is a little on the light side, the clothes do not get completely dry in one cycle; and 2) the high spin is a little louder than I would like.
We love the capacity of our Electrolux, front load, gas dryer. Especially since we have four little dogs and we like to wash and dry their beds frequently. We can dry all four beds at the same time. We appreciate the different cycles that apply to different types of materials. We also like the Steam feature for taking our wrinkles and sanitizing. All in all a great machine
Ice build up along bottom
from New York, NY, United States
My refrigerator is exactly 3 years old. Several months ago I discovered thick ice build up across the entire bottom of the freezer compartment which can interfere with ability to pull out the bottom freezer rack. I now need to empty the freezer weekly to remove the ice before the build up becomes too thick. Adjusting the freezer temperature control doesn't help. I have never used the ice maker. Does anyone who has experienced this problem have any idea on how to fix before I call service?
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Since 1955 we have used an Electrolux vacuum of one sort or another and thus know the long-term quality associated with the brand. We moved, both washer and dryer had to be replaced quickly. The Electrolux units stood out for features and the price was in line with comparable units of other brands. Function choices are more than needed, signal bells are not obnoxious as many are, plus they are optional.

I absolutely love my dryer! I have the matching set and love both the washer and dryer! They are fantastic, love that the door opens with just a touch of the finger and the pedestal has amazing storage! Love the fast dry setting, and being able to put two loads of wet jeans in the dryer together and them come out completely dry! I can't wait to buy more Electrolux appliances!
I researched dryers looking for a high rated unit with stainless steel drum and enough cycles and features to make my wife happy. This unit fit the bill. It works as it should. Fit and finish is also good. Enough said.
Dryer leaked water
After having my new washer and dryer stacked and install in my newly renovated laundry the machines seemed to be working well. They were quiet and seemed to be working efficiently, both washing and drying. Then one day i go into the laundry room and find there's water all over the new floor after drying the floor and pulling the machines out of the cabinet enclosure I see water all over the backs of the machines but no indication of where it's coming from. after calling the appliance dealer and arranging for a tech to come out I tried to recreate the leak with no success. the tech came out a couple of days later and found the water supply line inside the dryer was 3" short of the connector it should have been hooked to.So when ever the dryer used water in a cycle it would just spray water out of the back of the machine. since the replacement of the supply line everything seems to be fine now i just have to hope it doesn't rust or corrode.
