W/o a doubt the worst earbuds I own. They sound like 2 tin cans connected by a string. Not worth the price of admission let alone the $$$$ I kicked down. I'd like my money back.

None of the earbuds that comes with the package fits into my ear correctly. They keep falling down. The sound quality is very good. No other complaints except for the poor design of ear buds. Could not use it for long hours.

This is a great set of ear buds! I am the voice of "Newsfix". An anchor less newscast out of Houston, TX. I recently began wearing the S4i's in favor of $400 Sony's in my booth reading news stories 6-8 hours a day. First, my head is no longer sore from the large cups squeezing my skull all day, but more importantly, these buds with their very realistic sound reproduction have increased my efficiency and quality of reads...'more single takes and fewer re-tracks'. I attribute this to a lack of coloration and elimination of the annoying frequencies the Sony's allow through which are un-natural and distracting. I actually forget I have these on. I'll wear'em from now on!

This is my second pair of S4 headphones (lost the first pair). I absolutely LOVE the sound that they put out. Everything sounds clear and transparent and is "mud-free." I have purchased quite a few different headphones around the same price and I have found the sound quality of these to be top notch. I listen to all music types and wear these for everything from commuting, work outs, skiing, and phone calls. My only gripe is that the in-line mic button seems to falling apart. It seems to be a design flaw that Klipsch has addressed with some of the newer models. I also wish the cord had a slicker finish, as the grippy cord has a tendency to stick to my clothing and pull the buds out of my ears at times. I can't comment on service since I never called in regards to the mic or warranty.

great sound pleasure... but i'm not sure yet of the durability of the cord. I feel that it's too thin that it might break easily. It will be tested in the coming months. Thanks Klipsch! Love the sound and comfort of these earbuds. Remote and microphone works great with my iPhone 4. I'd read other reviews about the wires cracking where they enter the jack, but figured I was lucky after a year of moderate use. Then I saw the wire insulation completely separate at the jack. After 13 months, still under warranty (2 yrs) so hopefully Klipsch will stand up.

I love s4i but was dissappointed to figure out that they were not compatible with blackberry. Why on earth they can make one for Blaackberry aswell?

I used those headphones mainly for films and music, and so far, they are the best headphones I've ever had, their sound quality is astonishing. Unfortunately, even though I had them for a year, they are very fragile and basicaly easily broken. Even though I took GREAT care of them, they finaly rest in peace (I gues a wire dislocated or got broken inside the protecting material =( ). Also after a while you will notice that your remote controler for them will get buttons' signs rubbed out. But they are still the best headphones I've ever had, R.I.P. Klipsch S4i
