This machine is all it's cracked up to be. It's heavy-duty and with the 3 size bowls you can do small amounts and large volume. It's a little heavier than I'd anticipated but I'll happily deal with that - it stays firmly in place on the counter.

For many years we had an 8 cup Cuisinart and it was a good machine. This is better. Much better.

I saw some reviews that said 14 cups was too big, but we find it a good size. Shredding cabbage to make cole slaw used to be a two or three batch job, but now it is one.

When you have multiple tasks, with three bowls in the lineup, you don't have to stop to wash if you plan ahead and use the smallest first. Accessory changes are easier and faster too.

This machine is faster than our old one and I expect to get many years of service from it.

The adjustable slicing blade is great. I'd not had that with my old Cuisinart. But be warned...this is a BIG MACHINE with LOTS of attachments and it takes up a LOT of storage space in my small kitchen. Also, the motor is HEAVY. If I had it to do over again, I'd purchase the smaller unit. However, if you've got the appliance storage and want a great machine, this is the one for you.

I love the organization box of the blades and the combination slicing blade with variable widths. It is so much better than collecting a dozen blades! This is such a quiet machine and does beautifully shredded cabbage for coleslaw using the slicing disc. I highly recommend this food processor - it's worth the money!~

Really cool logical design with the different bowl sizes. Super quiet operation. Does everything that a food processor should do - with minimal fuss. The box for all the discs, blades etc., is totally sensible. Dismantled it's really short and so fits on an average shelf in the cupboard for easy storage. Assembles in seconds for rapid use. Retractable cord beats wrapping it around the base - haven't pulled it out too far and broken it yet. Everything is dishwasherproof - and I haven't yet found any nooks and crannies for grunge to sit in and evade cleaning. It's fast , it's efficient, it's sensible, I just really really like this food processor.

Heaviest duty for the consumer. Large feed tube and large capacity is great. The machine is fast so processing should be done in small pulses. Mini bowl works well unlike Kitchenaid. Tight seal keeps liquid in bowls. Three bowls are great!
