This microwave is amazing. I've only had it for a few weeks but it's way better than my old on. It's easy to use, quiet, spacious, the buttons don't have to be pressed hard and it works well. No complaints! It doesn't have a ton of different pre-programmed options but I don't need buttons for every possible food I could put in it. I like that I don't have to hunt through a huge panel of buttons just to make popcorn or defrost some chicken.

This is a great microhood for the money. The only complaint I have is they skimmped out on the design of the bracket that the micro hangs on for the wall. This is the first one I've seen that is not the size of the full back of the micro, which makes installation more difficult. You need to be right on with your measurements,otherwise you risk damage to your walls or cabinets. I didn't have any problems though. Just measure twice.

The support bar/rail for the bottom rear was rather flimsy, but everything else is great.
