Love the steam features! Has Child lock for both washer and dryer (this is a first for me). Digital display always a plus!! Easy to use and very convenient when you have a big family. Love it.

We originally bought this for the space saving and the first time I saw it I wanted it. We live in a house but wanted to put a small bathroom in our utility room as we have two kids and three adults in the home and one bathroom. I love it even more now the custom programs and everything else the only issue I have had is the amount of lint and hair that stays on the clothes and in machine very aggravating but other than that I would not give this up just based on the fact that I don't have to take my clothes out of the machine to dry them just set it and go!!

This is a great product. Runs great with no issues. Maintenance is a key thing for this, such as cleaning the rubber seals after every use, cleaning the pump filter every few weeks and using the tub clean cycle monthly. Do those and this will last a long time.

I have only had this machine for 3 months, but it is a surprisingly valuable asset for small suite and urban townhome live/work spaces. It is quiet and dependable throughout all of the cycles. I was able to work out the kinks with the "sanitary cycle" as it does not really clarify this in the instructional booklet. This cycle is very valuable as it allows you to use only cold water. It automatically heats the cold to an incredibly hot temperature, effectively cleaning those hard white items such as rags and towels used for cleaning. Imagine being able to walk away and work, knowing that you don't have to stop the machine to put in anything else- and having lower energy bills!!!

This washer is amazingly convenient to use and brings the joy of a personal washer dryer to apartment dwellers without need for special wiring and ducting. It also does not take a lot of water but cleans extremely well yet gently and clothes come out very soft. It has a bit of a learning curve to learn how best to set it for different types of loads since it runs a different principal from the typical washers most of us have experience with, but once learned it is very easy. It would be nice to have the option to put in for a bit more drying if comes out too damp, without starting over with a rinse and full dry cycle. A fair amount of lint is generated, so it is important to wipe it out with each cycle. It is of concern that other reviews cite problems with lint getting into the machine and it requiring service to correct. I have not seen this yet but am careful to wipe out the lint and clean the pump filter with each cycle and have only had it for a few months. If true, LG should address the design flaw. Overall it lives up to its name and makes "life good"

I bought this with the primary purpose being to save space (saving soap & water came in 2nd). After an adjustment period for getting used to the all-in-one functions, I've grown to love this washer/dryer. Highly recommended.

I purchased this washer/dryer approximately 2 years ago. I lived in an apartment & had limited space & no washer/dryer connections nor a 220v outlet in my unit. After much research I found this washer/dryer was compact enough to be mobile & runs on a 120v outlet. Virtually no increase in my electricity bill! The washer has all the features of a regular size washing machine. Laundry comes out very clean & softner fresh. This is a small unit but I am able to fit approx 2 queen size sheet sets for a full load. For 1 or 2 people if you do laundry once a week it honestly is no big deal. The dryer part could have a few more features-currently only timed options but it does dry the laundry. A fault of the dryer is THAT it takes about 3hrs to completely dry a load. Also, you can not use dryer sheets due to the drying technique. A great feature is that a load can go from wash directly into drying mode. Set it & forget it! A load of sheets/towels I can set to wash & dry overnight. They're good to go in the morning. Too bad it doesn't come in a full size version. I recommend this unit to anyone that has limited space but needs & washer & dryer.

The ventless wash/dry combo is tremendous. Once in awhile the load may not be completely dry and needs to set out for 1/2 hour to finish but when weighed the numerous benefits, this is the way to go. Already my electric (not 220amp anymore), water and laundry soap costs have dropped. We use much less soap and water since loads are smaller and much less electricity on dry since it is only 110 and not 220. Even with smaller load size, I do not really do more loads... just better organization of what I do dry. When a cycle is running, you can barely even hear that the machine is on. Well done LG!

I've had the 24" combo washer dryer for about 2 months now. It is well-built, and runs a complete wash/dry cycle much more quickly than my old set of stackables. The only downside is that some cycles (and things that you ought to do for maintenance, like leaving the unit's door open after a completed cycle to let it dry out and help prevent mildew) are less than intuitive. Read the manual and follow the instructions, though, and it works quickly, quietly, and efficiently, all while taking up much less space than a traditional washer/dryer set.
