This is a simple nice quality headset that is used in the car with a cell phone or in the house with a cordless phone. It does not have any troublsome volume or mute controls. The sound is good and the headset is comfortable. I have not found any Bluetooth headsets that were ever as clear or loud as this wired unit. I have used this headset for about 2 years. I highly recommend it.

This item would be great if they included a universal adapter so that you can use it with a computer too. Right now i have to go out and try and find an adpater to increase the size of it so that it will fit the computer jack also which is why I bought it so that I can use it with Skype.

I use this headset everyday on almost every call. It is comfortable and adjustable. Very nice to be hands free when on hold for long periods of time. The reception is very clear and I do not have complaints that I can't be heard. I have purchased other headsets that cost more and I would recommend this one instead.
