have not actually used this particular headset as it replaces an older model. This is a replacement for when the older one stops funtcioning.

Have one on every phone in the house. Are they "not durable"? Well, they seem to last about four or five years. Really, that's fine, considering the number of times per day they're used. And the price is very reasonable.

One thing that is not great is that you need to keep your hand on the "mute" button.

As I stated above, this item was a gift for my wife. She had been experiencing pain in her arm during and following phone conversations with her sister and friends. By using the "Hands-Free Headset" she no longer experiences discomfort when engaged in long phone conversations. The things that are great about the Headset are many. For example it is hands free, the mike eliminated the need for loud talk and allows in the room to carry-on conversations or to watch TV without being disrupted or distrupting the caller. There is nothing I can think of that is not great with with the headset.

I wear this headset all day while making calls to my customers, friends & family. It's hard finding a phone that has a plug in for the headset; and hard trying to find a headset. I went to several stores and no one had anything.
It is much easier on ones' neck, it saves my from having the pain (as it's said)in the neck.
So I decided to go to our Melaleuca website and went looking at the many different stores; and I found what I needed at your store.
Just to let you know, your price was lower than the other stores we went to.

Headset used for all calls. It leaves my hands free for note taking or typing. Comfortable fit. Phone to headset volume slightly reduced.
