Two great features are the BEVERAGE option and ADD 30 SECONDS. The beverage option heats the drink to a perfect temperature - not too hot!

The add 30 seconds option is so much better than my old microwave, which added a full minute. In microwave cooking, a minute can burn the food easily.

This design has been around for several years (I bought one for my elderly mother when it was first introduced). It's handsome, quiet, and reliable, doing its job without much fuss. The controls are versatile and do everything my family needs, although their layout doesn't make the most common functions stand out as much as I prefer.

I have a family of 6 - We use it daily for heating during normal cooking. I do not use it to cook meats or any real meals I prefer to grill or use the oven. Works well for our use. Very pleased with the machine.
