This product does exactly what it is suppose to . Cleans well and efficient . Very nice design and features . Not so impressed with the lower rack . Designed for dishes well but, not for pots and pans . Otherwise a perfect dishwasher . You would have to pay a few hundred dollars more to get a better one .

The dishwasher was delivered via truck freight . The truck driver was friendly , courteous , and professional . Handled the package as if it was his own. The purchase and tracking was accurately processed and updated . Kept me informed each day . I was a little skeptical purchasing on line . In the end i was very pleased . I removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one without any issues.

We are so pleased with our dishwasher. It cleans every dish completely, every time.

This dishwasher is very energy efficient. We were told to run the hot water in our sink until the water is very hot since the dishwasher doesn't use a lot of water and so that the water is very hot from the start. That has worked very well.

cleans great and looks sharp. controls ok, but my wife has had problems programing delay start (I haven't) - if don't hit the buttons and close right it won't start - washer is not very obvious when you don't program it right. Door is stiff but movable. Also door came off track when placed a thermos in front by silverwear basket. It rubbed against the door when closing and knocked it out of the socket. I was able to pop back in.

This dishwasher, being in the higher price-point for me at [$] was very disappointing. The dishes do not come out clean. After the cleaning cycle is done, the stainless-steel tub is very streaky even though I use a rinse agent. The top rack doesn't even fit my kids plastic character dishes, I have to put them on the deep right-hand side; my big pan doesn't fit on the bottom at all though it did on my Whirlpool Gold now discontinued.[...]

I bought this dishwasher to replace my 3-year-old Maytag that had stopped working. I was in a hurry to make the purchase because as a working parent my sink was quickly filling with dishes, so I trusted the positive online reviews I read and went with this model. I assumed because it was also a Maytag that it would be similar in design / quality to my old version. What a mistake. I've had it for less than a day, and already I absolutely hate it. I will be trashing this unit and replacing it with a different model shortly. The top rack is actually SMALLER than than my old one, so I'm now going to have to run the machine more frequently because our family uses lots of baby bottles, kids' dishes, etc that are top-rack safe only. The top rack sits very close to the top of the washer so it won't fit things like wine glasses or kids' plates that used to fit in my old washer just fine. I guess now I have to hand-wash those instead. Also, the little spindles on the bottom rack are really awkwardly placed (they are all really close together) so I can't fit many of my pots upright on it the way I could with my last model... so again, really inefficient design. If you are a busy parent looking for a quality appliance to make your life easier, DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER.

Tall Tub design is a must now that I have it.

This dishwasher is noticeably more quiet than my old dishwasher, which my guests told me was also very quiet.

So far I've only used the Smart Clean setting, but it's done a great job every time.

I do use the rinse agent. Streak free dishes in both heated and non heated dry.

I used to recommend Kitchen Aid, since I've been happy with mine, my father's and the 3 I put in my in-laws 3 flat.

But, I Love this Maytag better!
