I have this tv for almost 3 years now And I feel like if I just got it new, I love it, I will like to see updates that will put an app to browser the web or something like that on the spot that says coming soon on netcast, but I love this tv.

I really like my new LG TV. The picture quality is very sharp, clean and clear. Before purchasing a TV I did do allot of research and comparing. I found for the size and features this LG TV was and is by far the best value for your money. The 3D looked good at the store but the glasses for the TV are a bit expensive. The newer models you can use any 3D glasses, and I wish that I could do that for this TV. Also the internet applications are good but you are not able to add apps or get more than the ones included on the TV. The wireless internet function is great it was very easy to set up. It would be great if there would be an update or something for the 3D and the interactive portion. So you could use regular 3D glasses or add more apps. Besides that I am very happy with my LG. In my home it is known as my “Baby LG� so that should tell you how pleased I am with it.

When I was ready to buy this product I looked for a product that had as many features as possible and was a product not only for the right price, but also for a brand that was recomended by their customers, as well as Consumer Report. I beileve this product was perfect for me now, and when I purchase in 2010. I will definitely will purchase this brand again, for being my first LG product in my home, I'm sold on the brand.

Easy to use, fantastic picture ...usually. Only issue seems to be the LED dimming. When watching a scene that is in lowlight, the way the led dimming works, it makes it look like flashlights are being shined onto the lit parts from the edges of the screen. No "true black". Otherwise...very nice.

THIS TV WAS 100% PERFECT RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. EASY TO SET UP,AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS UNBELIVEABLY HELPFUL. THE 2D PICTURE IS ASTONISHING AND THE 3D-- ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT YOU WON'T BELIEVE YOUR EYE'S , IT IS SO SO ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! IF YOU WANT 3D YOU WANT THIS TV !!!

The LX6500 picture display was great right out of the box. You can customize the display, but I went back to the standard setting. The first 3D viewing wasn't that great. I subscribe to Comcast and the limited 3D content had signifcant ghosting. These are older 3D formats. The TV was bundled with the Bluy-Ray 3D player. The only 3D Blue-Ray DVD I could get my hands on is Monster House. The 3D was better but there was fast action blurring. We watched the ESPN 3D broadcast of the Ohio State game and the 3D was tremendous! My only complaint is there are no standard RCA type output audio connections to be able to connect to my stereo system. It does of course have home theater output.
