we have not had this freezer very long but it is working well for us. the interior is a major bonus. I expected the door to have a lock but it does not, this does make it faster to get in and out of the freezer. It is very quiet, we do not even notice when it is on.

I would absolutely recommend thusv frezzer to family and friends actually I have already recomended to family members as they have seen it and loved it's available spacec and get this the best thing was rge fact it had a light.The only thing tgat was kibd of a disapointment was the lack of available accessories (baskets to hang under the shelves... if that's because of the design that's understandable)

I searched a very long time to find the right freezer, we wanted a manual freezer as we wanted to reduce the amount of freezer burn you get with the frost-free. so far the bread is not covered in ice crystals and thaws out tasting fresh. This is important for just 2 people who don't want to waste fresh breads/baked goods. because it gets old by the time we could finish it . I wanted a Whirlpool as this brand is reputable and appliance repair service techs reccomentd this brand and I have had the best experience with past Whirlpool appliances. I have plenty of room now and can take advantage of buying quanity of fruits. vegetables when in season. Freezer has a bright enough light, I do wish it had a lock on the door though. I don't think it is necessary for the digital temps and alarms.sometimes simple is better. i am happy so far with this purchase.

I love my new freezer. The interior has all the features that I desire. The bottom bin holds so much and it pulls out for easy access. The door holds many of the smaller items that would be lost otherwise. all in all I can see what I have at a glance. Wonderful !

We couldn't be happier with our new Whirlpool freezer. Our old freezer was about 45 years old and had served us well but feared its days were numbered as it was freezing up more than usual plus it was noisy and not very energy efficient. Our new Whirlpool keeps its content at a constant temperature, is very quiet and also very energy efficient. Having it in our garage meant that in retrieving items from our old unit meant we had to turn the lights on to see inside it. Love the light in the Whirlpool.

This upright freezer is so quiet you have to wonder if it is on. It is very roomy and easy to get into the shelves. I owned a chest freezer before and will not go back to one. Food is kept at a constant temperature throughout the freezer top to bottom. Also this upright takes less space than the chest freezer.
