This thing has some serious power! I have had the thing filled up and have seen no decrease in suction at all. This thing gets coarse, hound's hair (the kind that weaves itself into fabric) out of carpet and off of furniture without thinking twice. The height setting foot pedal allows me to move from thick carpet to tile to thin carpet without losing a stride. And the extra long, retractable cord is fantastic! I liked my first one so much I bough a 2nd one for the upstairs. This vacuum rocks!

I was really excited when I bought this vacuum. Really excited. However, it has been over a year now and my vacuum is being sent back to LG for the second time. This means I will be without a vacuum in the house for a month. With pets, that is terrible. Now I truly am upset with LG for making a product this horrible. They will not send me a new vacuum until it breaks for the third time. I am generally a positive thinker but I am sure it will break again. Please do not buy this vacuum.

This vacuum is really good, so I recommended my neighbor and friends. It sucks dirt perfectly. Before LG, I didn't recognized my room was so dirty, because everyday I vacuumed. With LG every I cleaned, and more cleaner My House was. It's really worth it.

You get what you pay for. Its great no problems. Canister is awesome with sweeper blade inside. doesn't clog and lots of vacuuming before emptying.

have gone through many vacuums and this is probably the best one I've had - Sucks up dirt just as well (or better) as the other I've had, and iot's on the quieter end. All in all very happy with it so far.

I would never buy this product line again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. It has lousy suction, stops working before you are done vacuuming an average size ranch style home, leaks dust, clogs up too easily, needs too much maintenance for the price paid for it. Needs to be returned to LG for repair and I have no desire to even speak with the customer service people, as I am so frustrated with the product and mad that I spent as much as I did on such an inferior product.

I bought LG 200R yesterday and I am usually not very excited about appliances, but this vacuum looks awesome and works wonderful. It’s not that heavy and everything designed so well and so user friendly; I’d give it a 5 stars. It is an iPod of vacuum cleaners!

I just received this vacuum a couple of weeks ago and I could not be more happy with it. I had to list "heavy" as a con, because it is heavy, but I actually do not mind the weight. For someone else, it might bother them, so I felt it was important to let people know it is not lightweight at all. I personally love the weight because it makes the vacuum more sturdy. I do not know how many times with other vacumms that I would be using the crevice tool and and when I pulled on it, the whole vacuum would fall over. I am a super OCD vacuumer, and I have already put this thing through the wringer and it does not disappoint. I also have four dogs and one cat that all shed and this thing cuts through animal and people hair like butter! My absolute favorite attachment is the pet hair brush, it actually works, unlike all of the other models of vacumms that I have purchased in the past that were specifically for pets. They were all junk and I ended up killing them in about year. The last one I bought, a Bissell, I killed within months!

The cord on this model is fantastic! It is so long that I can plug it in on the wall in my living room and I can reach almost every corner of my house without having to unplug it and move it. My house is small (1,200 SF), so this may not be typical for all users, but I would imagine the range of the cord would be an upgrade for most users. The tools are easy to store and easy to use, and empyting the dust bin is a total breeze. I also can vacuum my entire house and not have to empty the bin until I am done, and remember I have four dogs and one cat! The way the bin compresses all that dust is just genius!

I also found the height of the vacuum to be much better than most. I am 5'7" and althought I do not consider myself to be extremely tall, I have always had difficulty with other machines being made for someone that is under 5'5". I never felt hunched over, or had back cramps after using this machine like I have had with others.

I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone that has pet hair issues. I will follow up on this review in six months and let everyone know if I killed this vacuum, I really do not anticipate that happening though!

I bought this vacuum to replace an old upwright. I love everything about this product. All of the tools and attachments are easy to use and easy to store. Emptying the canister is so easy and none of the dirt or dust gets on me or my hands. Before I had to change bags and dirt got everywhere. Has great suction power. Easy to manuver. Picks up all types of dirt and pet hair. The retactable cord is a God send. Love my new vacuum!!!!
