I got this to replace my older icecream maker which uses a lot of crushed ice and salt and takes a long while to make the icecream but sure was noisy. This unit creates the perfect amount and the consistency is creamy throughout. It is not that noisy, but wish it was quieter. All in all, a great little unit for the money.

It worked very well. Made one batch. Hardest thing is to find room in the freezer and this freezer bowl is fairly small holding just 1-1/2 qt. If I were doing it over, I might get a larger one. But icecream was good and this is probably all we needed. We ate every bite.

We could not find the ice cream flavors we like, so we decided to make our own. This unit is fabulous and so easy to use. It makes real ice cream, and we can control the contents.

This works great, just don't be like me and assume you're smarter than the directions (lol)...follow the directions and you'll make some great stuff, for instance i put in peach (diet) yogurt straight from the carton and had the best frozen yogurt. Just be sure you have the thing assembled before you add your liquid to freeze, it's important to have the outer case on, I didn't realize that at first. It won't take you long to cook up some great custom flavors.

This is my first ice cream machine. I received it as a birthday 2 weeks ago and have already made 3 types of ice cream/frozen yogurt. It's easy to use and although not dishwasher safe, it cleans easily. The Freezer Bowl is a great idea, and is much more convenient than ice and salt. The ice cream does stick to the sides of the Freezer Bowl even though it says that it's non-stick. It is also a little noisy, but not too bad. Other than that, it's a wonderful maker and I've recommended it to many already.

I have only used it once so far but it worked like a charm. Smooth and creamy frozen peach yogurt. Yum! Already bought ingredients for strawberry ice cream but forgot to buy the strawberries. Duh!

Love it. Put in the ingredients, turn it on and 20 minutes later you have ice cream. The only flaw would be if there were more than two of us. It can serve four but the serving would not be as large as I like. And I really like a lot of ice cream. Do not use metal utensils since they can scratch the bucket and the ice cream sticks to them when they get really cold. Do not store ice cream in bucket.
