I really love going back to a bag vacuum but the small bag requires more frequent changing than I would like. Bags are on the expensive side. Other comment is that the extension hose is a bit stiff and awkward but it does reach a long way and contracts back into place. Tough transitions from hard floor to carpet is a minus.

I can't say enough about the cleaning power however, and it moves easily and is rather quiet. Great feature with dogs who do NOT like the vacuum. The flexing body is great for corners so while overall the equipment is heavy, it changes direction well. Also, I really appreciate the long power cord and easily to use accessories.

This is the best vacuum I've every owned. It beats Dyson hands down for power, suction and ease of use. The swivel handle/body beats the Dyson Ball! Worth every dollar and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a superior vacuum cleaner.

A snap to assemble and the minute I turned it on, knew I'd finally found a quality vacuum cleaner. Have owned it less than a month -- hence only 4 stars because I can't say how problem-free it will remain in the years to come, but today I can say it is really quiet and easy to maneuver. The hose stretches out great and the whole unit doesn't come crashing to the floor while using the hose. I go from carpet to tile in a jiffy and it does well on small area rugs with suction only. The long cord is a plus and I no longer need an extension cord to do my whole house (1500 sq ft). One warning is to be sure to click the swivel motion in place while upright before turning off and walking away, otherwise it'll swivel and fall backward. I have never spent this much on a vacuum cleaner, but am confident more cost effective (less frustrating too) than spending $200 every couple years to replace inferior vacuums. Me loves cleaning house now!

This vacuum is awesome; well worth the money!
I have had a lot of different brands of vacuums, and this is definitely the best that I have had.
I actually enjoy vacuuming with this vacuum. It really sucks up pet hair.
