We have this located in our companies cafeteria and it gets a lot of use and we have no issues with it breaking. It is quick and easy for all the employees.

I use the product the way all microwave ovens are used. In general it works fine. However, the Vegetable control pad doesn't work. I get around it but it bothers me that a new micro should have this fault. Otherwise I can use it for all our needs.

Excellent choice for the power!

I needed a smaller one for my basement and figured 700w was about as much additional power as my general circuit would handle. It performs better than I'd hoped! My only complaint is that the door only opens 90 degrees, so it's tough to get into from certain seats. I'd certainly buy it again, though! For it's size, you can't ask for any more than this one gives you.
