I wanted a basic but attractive small size microwave for my kitchen. This is exactly what it is. Heats well for 700 watt. I do wonder why they put a popcorn button on the front, and then recommend in the manual that you don't use that button for popcorn. Am I missing something here?
I am happy with this product. Very good price.

The first microwave delivered didn't work, all the buttons were broken other than the on button. Getting a replacement, without having to pay for one up front, wasn't easy, and then the process was completely screwed up including them telling me they would send a return label and never sending it and delivering two replacements instead of one causing me lots of extra work and efforts since it is very heavy and the delivery of packages is very far from my dorm.

We have this located in our companies cafeteria and it gets a lot of use and we have no issues with it breaking. It is quick and easy for all the employees.

I use the product the way all microwave ovens are used. In general it works fine. However, the Vegetable control pad doesn't work. I get around it but it bothers me that a new micro should have this fault. Otherwise I can use it for all our needs.

I needed a smaller one for my basement and figured 700w was about as much additional power as my general circuit would handle. It performs better than I'd hoped! My only complaint is that the door only opens 90 degrees, so it's tough to get into from certain seats. I'd certainly buy it again, though! For it's size, you can't ask for any more than this one gives you.
