Since I burned out my old hand mixer making some holiday cheese cakes, I thought I would give this Kitchen Aid mixer a workout. It performed flawlessly. So much more power than my old one. Yep, I could have saved alot and bought a cheaper mixer but I think this one will last a lot longer. Happy with it so far.
