I love not having to mess with the agitator in the middle of the tub. It's so easy getting the clothes out. It also has such a powerful spin that it takes considerably less time to dry the clothes. The price was very fair for the quality of washer.

The machine works just fine, but the clothes do not come out clean. Most of the time, parts of some of the garments look like they did not even get wet. Have had several chat sessions about the issue, no help ! ------ After two years of putting up with this, we replaced the machine yesterday with a cheap Kenmore that has an agitator !! I am betting this cheap machine will do a better job of getting our clothes clean. That is the main objective, right !! The efficiency goes out the window when you have to wash clothes 2 or 3 times, and they still don't come clean.

Bought the unit brought it home and washed 5 loads. Then it would not complete a cycle. Called in and sent a repair tech out. Water valve bad, part ordered. Two weeks later part comes in and wait another week for tech to be back in area. So 3 weeks after buying a new washer/drier set finally can do laundry. Just hope the repair lasts. On the good side when it works washes great, a little loud but just shut the door and its not that bad. Clothes come out almost dry from the high speed spin, this helps with the accudry system on the drier.

I was excited to have a washing machine without an agitator but the h2 low water system is awful. There is hardly any water to clean the clothes so I find they aren't as clean, stains don't come out. The water just gets the clothes wet. Not an efficient system. You can't make any adjustments to the water level. With the soak feature you can't soak clothes for longer than approximately an hour no matter what so using oxy clean is out or trying to soak anything for hours or overnight isn"t going to happen. Since the water is so low when it spins the clothes they become tangled and rolled tightly which makes them wrinkled beyond normal when you go to put them in the dryer. Can't wait to unload this washing machine and find something much better.

We decided to go with this unit after the motor gave out on our previous Maytag front loader. The reviews were highly positive, citing clean clothes and quiet movement. The unit does an adequate job of cleaning, though the amount of lint our dryer now collects is amazing. We have to use the extra rinse feature each time to feel confident the detergent is being rinsed out. We could use less detergent but then the clothes wouldn't get clean. The unit does a great job of balancing as compared to the last top loader we had. But it is definitely not quiet. It's super easy to use and understand the features. All in all its not a bad unit for the money. But it's just okay.

I may be underrating this machine because I did not read the Instruction Guide thoroughly, which I suggest you do. Because I used the wrong cycle, my husband's shirts came out too dry and wrinkled. I think this was my fault and not the machine's. I have only had this machine for about a month. The last time I used it his shirts came out fine because I used the suggested cycle.

It makes funny little noises but once it starts it's hard to tell if it's working unless you're in the laundry room.

This washer is supposed to be energy efficient in that it uses less water; however, I have not seen any indication on my monthly water bill to reflect a savings. Nor have I seen a savings on my electric bill -- because the clothes come out of the washer so wrinkled, I now have to iron everything (even when I line dry). Also, the clothes do not seem to come out clean. Because you have to put in the detergent (I use liquid) first, then the clothes, and then turn on the machine to add water, I end up with soap scum on my dark clothing. The machine is noisy as well. Would not recommend it; was a waste of my hard-earned money.

Washer occasionally makes one loud thump sound during spin cycle. Other than that the washer is very reliable.
