When it arrived, I noticed the door didn't pop open as it should. It seems to have been slightly damaged in shipping but I didn't notice that until I started using it. So now I have to open and shut the door several times for it to even work. The power level button doesn't work. And the power is very low. So I have to double the time I nuke most things. It also heats very unevenly. The outside will be bubbling and splattering all over the microwave while the inside is still cold! This has been a terrible product and I won't use this company for appliances again.

I generally use my microwave to reheat meals or to heat frozen entrees. It seems to heat evenly and thoroughly. The display is large enough to see the clock from across the kitchen and I like the fact that if you forget something in the microwave the alarm sounds periodically to remind you to take out whatever you left in there.
I've always bought large sized microwaves but I decided to get a smaller one to conserve space and I'm glad I did. Even though it's small in size, it fits a dinner plate perfectly. The cooking time isn't that much longer than on a more powerful microwave oven either.

I bought this microwave for my daughter's dorm room and she loves it! It is easy to use and heats well for a microwave of its size.
