We are in the midst of a complete gut and re-do of our tiny 110 Sq.Ft. residential kitchen, and as life-long foodie and a current Culinary Arts Student (back in school at 45 years old is scary) I have some pretty stringent requirements.I want it done once and done right. I don't mind spending a few more dollars up front, to not have any regrets later. Every inch of floor-space, and counter-space is precious and our architect and I fretted over every detail. After exhausting research, and pawing over floor models for literally weeks, there was really only one unit that I knew I would be satisfied with. Our new fridge showed up two weeks earlier than expected, so I did a mad-dash to completely empty our jam-packed old fridge. When the installers left we re-packed it all into the KFCP22EXMP,and there was plenty of room to spare. The interior is so well laid out, and we absolutely love the large pull out deli drawer.Seriously, there is almost too much room, because I see all this empty space and feel the compulsion to go shopping and fill it up.The interior lighting is phenomenal, there is not a dim corner anywhere. It is taking some time to get used to opening the door to get water, and the freezer for ice, but for the added interior space normally sacrificed for this convenience, I'll happily adjust to the change.I am very happy with my decision and have no serious regrets. The inconveniences I have found so far:1) The divider in the lower freezer bin. I would really love to be able to adjust it side-to-side, or remove it completely.2) The water dispenser always leaks 3 or 4 drops of water after the flow is stopped. If you remove your cup too quickly these drips fall directly on the face of the deli-drawer.3) The sound of the water filling the ice-maker is surprisingly loud.

Was so excited to find this fridge, which matches my pro line range. Unfortunately the left French door has a flap that constantly gets stuck so the door does not close all the way. So the door alarm dings because the door is not closed. This is especially a problem when my 6 year old gets something out of the fridge, and the door is just left open due to the flap issue. Also, the flap will open out, so that when you try to close the fridge it hits the right French door and makes a loud banging sound.Basically you have to close the left French door first, then the right. This is an issue when you just want something out of the right side. You can't just open & close the right door. You have to open & close both doorsHad a GE French door refrigerator for the past 5 years, that did not have this problem. Please re-design the flap on the left French door.

Comments about KitchenAid Pro Line Series Counter Depth Stainless Steel Bottom Freezer Refrigerator:
We decided to replace our dryer with a new Whirlpool gas dryer a week after we purchased a new Whirlpool washer to replace another brand washer that could not be repaired. There was nothing wrong with our old dryer however we were so pleased with the new washer it influenced the purchase of the new Whirlpool dryer. The Whirlpool dryer performs exceeding our expectations. The dryer has all the features of similar brands. The most important feature for us is that this model dries clothes, jeans, towels, everything on the first drying cycle. You don't come back to damp clothes and have to add additional drying time.

And stationary dryer Rack too

When old dryer was making noise and taking hours to do what normally took 40 minutes, it was time to look for a new dryer. Because I'm short, this unit with the washer fit the bill, not too tall. I can reach inside both washer and dryer. The front down opening door is a bonus when loading and unloading. When a piece of laundry falls, it's NOT on the floor now :) I like the 90 minute feature that allows the dry clothing to stay fluffed and ready to fold if I'm busy when it's dry.
What a buy!!

We purchased this dryer a few weeks ago and I am completely happy with my purchase. I have to say that just the fact that it is made in America was a plus. The only thing that I would have like changed is the door opening. A left hand hinge would be advantageous for me. I could put the laundry basket closer to the dryer whenemptying it. The power saving selection works well for all types of clothing.
Basic dryer but works great
This has more than minimal features and dries very efficiently. I don't have to add any more time than the one cycle. I only wish the wrinkle guard feature wasn't an intermittent cycling but rather a continuous no heat turning.

I like the option for jeans dry. Not sure you would find this on many dryers. Also the energy savings feature is nice as well.
A little disappointed

I bought this because it matched a washer I bought a few months ago and have always liked whirlpool products. I am a little disappointed in that things come out damp, and although I have the "Wrinkle Sheild" turned off, it still cycles through.

When we .this we knew we would have good quality; however, we have a miracle in itself. We love the way our clothes dries, smells and enjoy not ironing a speck of cloth. My wife says, "If you ever decide to change brands, do on your time not our time together." Another words, when she dies I can do what I want; right now "Leave this miracle dryer alone!" We have even put our plastic covering cloth for our dinning table into the dryer to be cleaned and it came out beautiful. We are so pleased our local store "Amin's," told us about this dryer. We have told many people who are interested in updating dryers to check this special brand out.Thank you! God Bless,

I purchased this dryer last month to replace my 20 year old Whirlpool dryer! I'm very pleased with the Accu Dry Sensor Drying system, it has cut down the amount of time it takes to dry a load. I'm happy with this purchase.
